Warren Schuh

Having grown up in a pastor’s home, Warren learned early to appreciate the realities of local church ministry life. Knowing that there is much more behind the scenes work than the vast majority of church attendees realize, he felt called early in life to pursue a life of ministry that would focus on the behind the scenes work in support of those who were called to the more visible, up-front leadership of the local church.

While still in seminary, Warren began serving full time in the church and ultimately spent 30 years in local church ministry with 14 of those years being in Executive Pastor roles in large churches in Colorado and California. Between those two Executive Pastor roles, Warren worked with Leadership Network as the Director of Large Church Networks in which role he brought together senior pastors and key staff from many of North America’s largest and most innovative churches to learn, network and share resources to optimize local and global ministry potential.

For the past fifteen years, Warren has been serving the church and faith based non-profits through consulting services that have included executive coaching for pastors and executive pastors, church health assessment and development, organizational assessment and development, board development, generosity culture development and strategic implementation of vision.

His lifelong passion to support key ministry leaders in their pursuit of the visions God has planted in their hearts has driven his decade long involvement with Cornerstone Pastors Network.

Warren graduated from Wheaton College, Illinois, with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies and received his Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. Warren and Connie, his wife of 48 years, live in Southern California close to their three adult children and eight grandchildren.
